Machine and Plant Operator

We are looking for you as a Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time at our production sites in Bergkirchen and Olching (near Munich). At two locations in Germany, we design individual printing solutions for photo products with high precision, technological sophistication, and a strong team spirit. Whether machine operation, software development, or quality control - people with a wide range of expertise work closely together to rethink our production: efficient, digital, and with a real passion for detail.

YOUR TASKS - WHAT DRIVES YOU

• You will be trained on two different machines, providing variety without having to switch between ten systems

• You will get to know your systems inside out, from setup and operation to error analysis - you can easily perform minor maintenance yourself

• You take responsibility for your machines and ensure a reliable production process

• You monitor your machines, identify problems early, and find solutions in the team when things don't go as planned

• In addition to the machine, you also keep an eye on quality, productivity, and a clean production process

• If you have the desire and the necessary skills, you can gradually develop into other systems and technical topics

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have technical understanding and enjoy familiarizing yourself with machines, systems, and their controls

• You quickly grasp technical relationships and immediately notice when a machine is not running as it should

• You work reliably and independently, but you are also a real team player who is ready to pitch in when needed

• Do you have training as a machine and plant operator, offset/screen/newspaper or digital printer? A definite plus

• Do you have a forklift license? Great, but not mandatory

• Are you willing to work for about six weeks in shift work (early/late shift) during our peak season before Christmas?

• Can you communicate confidently in German, English, Polish, Croatian, Greek, or Ukrainian? It is crucial that communication in everyday work and in safety and production requirements functions reliably
