Production Supervisor

Printhouse is a modern production partner for high-quality print products - including brands like MYPOSTER, Kartenliebe, and JUNIQE.

At two locations in Germany, we create individual printing solutions for photo products with high precision, technological sophistication, and a strong team spirit. Whether machine operation, software development, or quality control - people with diverse expertise work closely together to rethink our production: efficient, digital, and with a real passion for detail.

YOUR TASKS - WHAT DRIVES YOU

• You are highly motivated to take responsibility for one of our production stations (frame assembly or shipping) and provide technical leadership to the employees

• You coordinate, control, and motivate your team, act as a technical contact for questions, and efficiently onboard new employees

• You prioritize daily workflows, actively improve work processes, ensure high product quality, and efficiently achieve production goals

• You get involved, regularly maintain and care for the machines, ensuring smooth operation

• You maintain cleanliness and order at your station, ensuring it is always supplied with all necessary materials, tools, and machines

• You regularly report to the shift management and act as an internal interface to other teams in the company (e.g., logistics, maintenance, customer service, procurement)

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have completed a technical or operational training, ideally with further training as a master craftsman, technician, or equivalent qualification

• If you have experience in leading or coordinating a team or have worked as a supervisor before, that is a big plus

• You value performance and quality and work very reliably

• You have good interpersonal skills and look forward to working in an international team

• You speak good German (at least B1 level)
